Working for a reputable company in the East of Ipswich.
The role will be working very closely with the Marketing Manager and a team of 5, producing all marketing literature, writing brochures, working on mailers, producing Newsletters and covering all the Company PR. All applicants will need to demonstrate a good level of spelling and grammar, and have a creative mind.
Ideally, we are seeking candidates with a wealth of recent and relevant marketing experience. Preferably, you will have a related degree and have worked in a similar role.

The role we are looking to recruit for our client, is based in there Sales office, working alongside the sales Director and Order processor.
The daily duties will be to receive incoming sales orders, produce sales quotes and liaise with existing customers. The incoming sales orders will be received via email/fax or telephone and will all need to be dealt with professionally and promptly. An excellent level of grammar for email writing and quotes is essential and the ability to excel on the telephone is essential, offering an excellent level of customer service at all times.
Ideally, all applicants will be technically minded with either a hobby or interest in engineering or a similar subject. This is not essential however, but would prove advantageous and very beneficial in the role and how quickly the position can progress.
All applicants will need to be familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook and have accurate data entry skills. Experience of working in an office would be ideal. A confident and clear telephone manner is essential to be successful.
The role does hold room for progression for the right candidate, with the possibility of overseas travel and the opportunity to progress into a sales role.

This role is working in the Credit Hire Claims Handler team. The purpose of the role is to validate and negotiate settlement of Credit Hire claims in accordance with the Association of British Insurances General Terms of Agreement whilst providing a professional and efficient service to internal and external customers.
All members of the team are expected to consistently achieve high quality whilst meeting personal and team Service Level Agreements and performance targets.
The key tasks of your day to day responsibilities will be the negotiation and settlement of credit hire claims, offering advice and completing all administrative duties. All members of the team are expected to answer the telephone and sign off calls in accordance with agreed procedures
They are set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which will be monitored and are set in place to keep standards high and keep the team focused.
When receiving applications, we will be seeking candidates with a solid knowledge of the ABI general terms of agreement, FSA and Financial Ombudsman service. All applicants will need to be able to demonstrate accurate data input skills and have excellent communication skills.
You will be interviewed over the phone by us to ensure the level of communication is high at all times. We will be looking for previous examples of customer service and problem solving ability and all candidates will need to be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation ability.
To be successful we are ideally seeking :
12 months + experience in the insurance industry
A candidate that can demonstrate effective organisational skills
