Helpdesk Team Leader required to join large NHS Organisation working on a Customer Service Helpdesk. No previous IT experience is required, however you must have had significant working experience within a busy, demanding environment such as a call centre or a busy helpdesk.

•To provide technical support to internal staff and guests at all levels of seniority and IT literacy.
