Engineering Technical Leader/ Project Manager (Landing Gear/ Actuation/ Aerospace/ Mechanical and Electro-mechanical) is responsible for leading development of new technologies, architecture, design, analysis, testing and certification efforts for aircraft landing gear systems and components. In this role, you will take ownership of a landing gear systems program, delivering innovative technical solutions while controlling cost and schedule, and reporting progress to senior leaders. You will have the opportunity to see tangible results from your work and will take a leadership role within the Systems group.
Essential Responsibilities: *Innovate and execute the design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards and product / program requirements *Provide technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project *Document and approve technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures *Provide timely communications to leadership giving progress updates *Direct and coordinate the assigned landing gear system program, drawing in resources and experience from other areas and influencing all associated with the program to achieve success *Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews *Establish yourself as the landing gear systems technical interface and liaison with airframe customers and component suppliers *Compose proposals and negotiate requirements for landing gear systems from actuation to fully dressed applications
Qualifications/Requirements: *Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent level of experience *Experience in aircraft landing gear actuation, controls, and associated systems as well as working knowledge of aircraft electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems including electro-mechanical components *Experience in aircraft certification standards both international and domestic *Demonstrated experience leading landing gear development programs *Experienced with all aspects of landing gear systems including architecture, design, analysis, test, certification and in-service support

Sourced Components Leader (Procurement, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Aerospace) will be responsible for project managing the sourcing and supply of all A350 trailing edge components which are not being designed and manufactured in house. You will work with external suppliers to ensure that products meet quality and technical specifications, and ensure that all supplies are delivered to schedule and cost.
Essential Responsibilities:
You will liaise closely with engineering, sourcing and manufacturing teams ensuring that sourced components can be integrated with all in house components to ensure seamless delivery to the customer by: *Identify program requirements for sourced components *Work with sourcing and supply chain teams to establish credible vendors *Ensure quality and technical specifications of all sourced components *Attend customer meetings to review program status as required *Communicate to all internal stakeholders on sourced components *Track budget and cost and ensure all decisions made are in line with program financial requirements *Liaise closely with suppliers throughout the program life
Qualifications/Requirements:

Product Investigation/ Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineer (Fault-Finding, Root Cause, FRACAS) you will be required to lead structured fault investigations, working closely with the workshops and production to get to the root cause of the failure. Managing your own workload, you will drive and facilitate improvements to both products and associated systems.
Responsibilities:
You will engage with all specialist engineering groups within the business and External component suppliers to understand and create solutions to both electronic and mechanical problems. Working closely with the Product Support Engineers and Post design Engineers to ensure that all design changes are implemented correctly throughout the product family. You will provide support for Electronic products through their complete lifecycle from initial design to in-service.
Activities include:
*Co-ordinating and participating in Full Root Cause corrective actions on Electronic instrumentation *Implementing design improvements *Generate technical reports for internal/external customers *Technical focal on all Electronic investigations *Working on customer engineering improvement projects *Managing and investigating customer failure returns *Managing, reviewing and responding to Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System information with suppliers, customers and manufacturing facilities *Working closely in partnership with Post Design and Product Support Engineers to maintain technical documentation related to the system and product. *Managing and reviewing maintainability and reliability data of in service aircraft instrumentations *Implementing cost reduction activities
Key Requirements: *Qualified to degree level or above in Electronic/Mechatronic/Aerospace discipline or similar level of knowledge and experience. *Experience in working in an Aerospace environment or similar is required. *Experience in working with electronic products such as displays, flight management computers, radar, cockpit instrumentation, flight data recorders or power systems *Hands on approach to component level fault finding *Knowledge of Root Cause Corrective Action working methods.
