An Application Packager is required to work for a market leading consultant for an initial 3 month contract based in Rotherham, Yorkshire.
Skills required include MSI, working with Standard Operating Environments (SOE) as well as SMS and Office 2003. Experience of Terminal services, Citrix 1.8, Citrix XP, and Visual Basic scripting is also essential.
You will have good packaging applications experience with Installshielf/ FlexNet admin studio.
It is desirable to have knowledge of SMS 2003, TCP/IP and Windows XP.

Project Analyst is required for a contract position within the defence sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and numerical skills. You will have customer facing experience and be able to communicate effectively to customers and senior internal managers. You will have expert knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and Word (MS Office).
The Role of Project Analyst entails:
Working closely with your Manager to support the Delivery Operations Director. Responsibility for the control, logging and maintenance of the Migration Documentation
Attendance at face-to-face meetings and teleconferences where required and dealing with actions arising.
Act as primary point of contact for queries
Maintenance, update and issue of weekly Trackers and reports.

An exciting opportunity for a Business service analyst has arisen with our client in Hook, a world leading defence IT consultancy. The successful candidates will be required to be security cleared to SC level (prior to appointment).
The successful candidate will work as part of a small team who undertake a number of functions in support of the Implementation workstream.
This role is one of three providing support to the Implementation Director.
The responsibilities fall into three main areas with each post having prime responsibility for one area and secondary/backup responsibility for the other two areas:-
WFM (Workforce Management) - Resource Management Support:-
Collect, collate, review ROD review forms (attrition/new posts/contractor to permanent)
Prepare/present monthly pre-approvals for review/agreement with Head of Implementation
Informing leveraged organisations of approved positions and notification to recruit
Informing Business Analysts of required outlook updates
Weekly liaison with Leveraged Orgs/Programme Managers to discuss/update recruiting efforts on open vacancies
Approvals – purchasing and travel requests:-
Obtaining direct manager approvals
Confirmation of account executive compliance checks
Routing through approvals chain
Travel & Admin Support
- Co-ordination of resolution activity for open items (outstanding/overdue invoices/GRN)
- Arranging travel for Implementation; Hotels/Flights/Car Hire
- Ordering of equipment/stationary/business cards as required
- Point of contact for Ad hoc queries regarding expenses/pre-trips and associated processes/procedures
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Essential:
Excellent communications and inter-personal skills with good telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure and resilience when faced with demands
Ability to prioritise own and shared workload within a small team
Microsoft Office tools – Outlook and Internet Explorer essential
Desirable:
Good typing ability
Experience of working in a large project environment
Knowledge of the Defence sector
