Purpose of the Role
Initially to take readings from electric, gas or water consumption meters in order to calculate the volume of utility consumed by a customer. As candidates progress, they will be required to carry out various other Data Collection tasks.
Essential Criteria
Due to the nature of the business, all candidates must be able to pass G4S vetting and an enhanced CRB check.
All candidates must have access to their own transport and have a working landline.
Candidates must also possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Role Summary
The role is home based and the successful candidates will work a set 37 hours a week over 6 days from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm dependant on location. Late working (4pm ? 8pm) within allocated locations is essential to meet targets, so candidates must be flexible.
