Key Responsibilities
Contracts Management
• Ensure vendor/consultant confidentiality agreements, Service agreements, Master Service
Agreements requests are processed through the appropriate legal / peer review and the scope of work is agreed to by all parties.
• Liaise with the project team and R&D finance to forecast project costs for external vendors. Scope contracts to internal requirements and operational capabilities.
• Ensure an audit trail for the proper internal review and sign-off of all contracts by the relevant internal functions.
• Advise on any contractual issues and successfully influence key stakeholders to have buy in;

• Support the evaluation, selection and management process of SPs in conjunction with project teams/individuals using Clinical Business Operations templates and tools. Act as the backup

• Ensure the central storage of documentation concerning the evaluation, selection and management and the Contracts with SPs.
• Provide input to improve work processes and documentation.

Education and Experience:
• Life Science degree and/or clinical research experience an advantage
• Experience in CRO management and contract negotiation and/or as Business Development Manager within a CRO
