Senior Telemarketer for award winning marketing company.
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Full and Part Time positions available
You will be working for the UK’s leading telemarketing company in an exciting and dynamic sales environment.
This is a very interesting position where no two days are the same. You will be speaking to lots of different companies making business to business appointments for our clients who are in a wide range of industries.
You should be confident and outgoing and able to generate sales appointments with managers and directors at all levels.
This is a very rewarding position with lots of variety. Training is provided and you will need appropriate IT knowledge, demonstrable telemarketing skills and a good standard of education.
If you are multi-lingual this would be an advantage but not a necessity.

Field Sales Executive for our Head Quarters in Basingstoke.
Job function:
To generate sales revenue for Great Guns Marketing from prospecting and winning new business.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To generate your own sales appointments and close the sale in face to face meetings.
2. To book and attend 15 appointments a month, but more importantly to meet the revenue targets below.
3. Minimum target of £20,000 sales per month for the first year, with allowances for the first 3 months to be discussed (this normally equates to 3 x new client orders)
4. Follow all appointments through to completion including writing proposals.
5. To follow our processes using CRM systems, excel tracking sheets and keep all admin up to date.
6. For up to 3 months appointments where possible will be attended by our Sales and Marketing Director or MD for training and guidance.
7. Once settled we would expect a field sales person to be bringing in £25-£35,000 revenue a month.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years field sales experience
• Telemarketing experience and ability to
generate meetings from cold calling
• Great Communication skills
• Confident, smart appearance
• Hungry to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to build quick rapport with
decision makers in small and large companies
• Strong time management skills / ability to prioritise workload
• Experienced at identifying sales opportunities
• Good organisational and administrative skills – use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM systems.
• Driving license essential as travel will be across the South of England.
• Willing to work outside of hours on occasions where necessary
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in field sales, experience of the sales and marketing industry and the initiative to bring new ideas to the business to drive sales revenue and win market share.
Territory
South of England mainly, some travel up towards the Leeds areas required.
Remuneration
Basic of £18,000 - £23,000 depending on experience, car allowance of £4,500 per annum, company mobile, laptop.
Commission of 3.5% of order value. To qualify you must bring in a minimum of £10,000 in the month. First 3 months we will pay the commission on all orders, negating the minimum eligibility level
