Support relationship with key agencies to ensure quality output, good value and good working relationship.
Support relationships within the business to help support business objectives and influence customer strategy direction. E.g. Line of businesses, products and services.
Keep the business up to date with campaign activity and celebrate successes.

A market leader in the UK mobile telecoms industry is now looking to bring on board a Retail Communications Manager.
As Retail Communications Manager the successful applicant will act as the internal communication interface between the company and the retail business. Relaying all strategic messages that link the company plan to the retail side of the business. As a Communications Manager you will be able to develop appropriate plans to maximise engagement from all Retail stakeholders.
Successful applicants will ideally have a strong background in retail and internal communication. Having a good appreciation for the retail environment would be desirable along with experience of working within brand guidelines.
