Ensuring consistency of customer messages across all touch points including: reactive channels: e.g. retail, customer services (including briefings and language) and three.co.uk as well as proactively managing customer campaigns. Work with DM agency to tailor proactive communications (MMS, SMS, bill insert, direct mail, handset, web, telesales) to appropriate audiences.
Write agency briefs and work with DM agency and analytics teams to ensure a quality and timely creative output and data selection.
With support from Customer Planning Manager work with teams across the business – analytics, insight, product, and customer services - to deliver comms.
Manage post campaign analysis requirement with the analytics team and deliver full ROI to feed into future base programmes.
Support relationship with key agencies to ensure quality output, good value and good working relationship.
Support relationships within the business to help support business objectives and influence customer strategy direction. E.g. Line of businesses, products and services.
Keep the business up to date with campaign activity and celebrate successes.

Telecoms background preferred.

• Logging Service Requests via Remedy for changes as needed.

Essential Skills:
* MS Excel, SQL and scripting skills.
* User level support of trouble ticket system
* Experience manipulating large amounts of data
