As part of a team of engineers you will be responsible for attending service and breakdowns on supermarket pack systems within the South east region, in particular Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and North London. Ideally you will live within 45 minutes from the northern radius of the M25. Applicants must have strong service and fault finding skills within the supermarket/mini market sector

The Company:
Well respected HVAC and mechanical services company, based in the Lancashire area require a mechanical estimator to join their department. The company typically carry out projects with a value from 50k to £2.5m within the education, healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors in both refurbishment and new installations
The Person:
You will be an experienced mechanical estimator used to working on projects from initial enquiry through to tender return, including liaison with clients, main contractors and upon successful winning of the contract, the contracts team.
Ideally your background will have involved being employed as a mechanical estimator or quantity surveyor, with experience gained with costing both design and build and pre-designed projects
