A position has arisen for Dealership Finance Analyst at a leading automotive company based in Nottingham. This position would suit someone with previous Analysis experience and strong communication skills.

Duties:
? Support the Financial Controller with the achievement of all agreed financial objectives
? Regularly monitor accounts, forecasts and other budget data
? Assist with the annual budget process and regular forecasting exercises
? Support the production of a full report of group costs, stock and other relevant financial data for the General Managers
? Perform regular stock and fixed asset physical audits with detailed reconciliations and ensure asset valuations are accurate
? Assist with the month end accounting procedures and ensure monthly accruals and provisions are accurately recorded
? Ensure all relevant accounting journals and supporting documentation are correctly sent to DFC
? Ensure all customer sales invoicing is carried out accurately and in accordance with all UK legislation (including the FSA regulations)
? Regularly review all outstanding warranty claims and vehicle bonus debts and investigate any delays in payment, claim rejections and short payments
? Highlight potential problem accounts
