ISL is actively recruiting for a marketing leading Financial Services business for a number of experienced Relationship Managers to take a leading role in forging and enhancing the client relationships and service provision to their range of blue chip and FTSE 250 and 100 clients. You will work with your client base to understand their specific needs and then ensure the right Service Levels and Products are being offered and incorporated by the business.
You will be an experienced customer relationship professional with a strong ability in consultative Sales/Marketing with a proven background in client facing and relationship & account management. Ideally you will have a solid background in the Financial Services sector, however other disciplines may be considered. You will be able to use your knowledge of the market and financial products offered by the employer to target these effectively to the customers.
You will act as a first point of call for several high profile clients and have the ability to hold business meetings, negotiations and deliver presentations, potentially up to board level.
A solid ability in business and data analysis is also needed so that you will be able to understand your client's business and consult them most effectively on the products and services available to suit their needs.
