To assist in managing the delivery of the Capital Replacement, Cyclical, Void and Adaptation Works and M&E programmes in Stockbridge Village; Be an integral part of the Stockbridge Village Service Delivery Team;
Produce statistical information on Capital, Cyclical, Void and Adaptation Works and M & E programmes.
Liaise with the Senior Building Surveyor regarding the preparation of contract and tender documentation
To assist and manage within budget, continually monitoring expenditure against budget.
Assist with the Senior Building Surveyor on the role of Construction Design Management (CDM) co-coordinator for the Association on all appropriate works.
Qualified to ONC level in Building Studies or equivalent; leading to HNC or equivalent
Must be numerate and literate with a minimum of 5 GCSEs A - C (or equivalent) to include Maths and English
Has assisted on delivery of capital, cyclical, void and adaptation works and M&E programmes to our customers;
Has worked and can demonstrate track record of delivery within a customer focused environment;
Knowledge of agreeing and setting objectives and work plans;
Knowledge of Asset Management.
Demonstrated record of delivering within budget and within time;
Ability to communicate effectively (both written and orally) with members of the
public and VHA employees;
The ability to prioritise workloads; work to strict deadlines; and ensure that professional standards are adhered to;
Negotiation skills;
The ability to manage performance of contractors;
The ability to communicate with our customers;
Ability to prepare and present reports both written and orally;
Ability to input, extract and present data via Microsoft applications
