The structure of our business is split into two key functions: HEAD OFFICE • Buying & Merchandising • Supply Chain • Retail Systems • Design • Technical & Production • Office Support • Marketing • HR • Graduate Entry – All We are the largest advertiser in Drapers magazine, a major spender with jobsite.co.uk, and are regularly asked to commentate on industry issues. We launched our own job site, ‘successjobs’ four years ago, and this has become an important job finding tool within the industry. Some of our differentiating factors • Our Consulting team have unique longevity in our business. Our team of Senior Consultants range from 5 to 9 years unbroken service in their areas of expertise, and each manage a team of one or more junior Consultants who they closely monitor and train. • All Consulting staff come from the retailing industry. • We offer a one-stop shop for our clients, where they can recruit all categories needed to run and grow their business. • We have developed a unique Code of Practice, which all staff adhere to most stringently. This ensures that we work to the highest ethical standards at all times. • Our staff are not rewarded on a targeted basis which helps ensure that we do not operate a hard sell style. • We try to build long-term relationships with our clients.
