Motor Industry Training Provider is seeking to recruit NVQ Assessors to work with their Body and Paint, light and heavy vehicle teams to carry out NVQ assessments with apprentice and mature learners in the Cornwall / Devon Area.
This is a Home-Based position. You will provide professional NVQ monitoring and assessment for trainees and employers, using a wide range of learning materials and maintaining records to monitor trainee progress and achievement.
Essential Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
A & V Units
GCSE in English, Maths & IT or Equivalent.
A Working knowledge of Awarding Body requirements
Creative, responsive, able to work under pressure and to tight time-scales and deadlines
Confident and adept when dealing with trainees, parents, employers and Awarding Bodies.

Role & Responsibilities
Process all purchase / sales orders
Ensure all facts concerning an order are correct on the paperwork and are reflected on the computer system
Deal with customer queries
Ensure that the Customer Price File and Customer Part Number File are correct at all times and that any changes to these are made on all outstanding purchasing and sales orders
Ensure that the maximum amounts of schedule demand for all customers are entered onto the computer at all times to aid purchasing in their ordering process
Answer quickly and accurately any and all phone, fax, and postal enquiries for both established and new automotive customers
File all relevant order paperwork within the archiving in a logical manner.
Control purchases and stockholdings of the sales products minimising inventory whilst maintaining as far as, sufficient stock
Control deliveries of the sales products from the suppliers to meet the demands of customers
Liaise with other departments on all aspects of the supply and deliveries
