Our client is based in the Salford area and are a leading packaging company, due to re organisation they urgently require an Electrically Bias maintenance engineer with knowledge of pneumatics and mechanical. A Software Engineer with extensive experience of writing well documented maintainable real-time control C code in an embedded environment, who is comfortable with demanding abstract software design concepts.
Experience with basic communication protocols, development of embedded VoIP, telephony, IP protocols or other related IP network applications utilising, UDP/TCP with DHCP and DNS is essential. In addition, DSP and SoPC experience would be advantageous.

They import large industrial dryers, that have to be brought up to EU standard, therefore we require a competent electrical fitter who can upgrade, diagnose and fault find. A medium sized engineering company, very well established in the aerospace sector, due to changes within the organisation are looking for two CMM inspectors.
We are currently seeking a CMM .Operating a Mistral & LK co-ordinate measuring machines with PC Dmis software you will be an experienced CMM Programmer/Operator with a background within quality, Metrology, understanding of engineering drawings, measuring and the ability to write programs. Programming knowledge would be an advantage , though not essential.
It is more important to be familiar with the software and competent in CMM. It is quite a modern plant, spacious and also with free parking. You will be working within small cells, hence the need to be a team player
Initially it would be on days, though you must be prepared to work shifts and overtime, The salary is negotiable depending on experience, it would start as temporary though a permanent role would be offered for the right person.
