An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Application Support Professional to work within a leading supplier of software solutions, an expanding organisation with four offices throughout the UK.
Due to recent growth they are seeking to employ a Financial Application Support Professional to act as the first point of contact for clients across Europe, who have queries regarding their financial software packages.
Essential
Experience within an accounts team and knowledge of purchase ledger, sales ledger and cash book procedures
An excellent understanding of IT systems with the desire to learn new products
Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build a rapport with regular clients
An analytical mind and an eye for detail
Desirable
Experience working within a software house
An IT helpdesk background, as some advice may be technical in nature
You will be working within a small team of support professionals, and liaising closely with all other areas of the business.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the logistics automation market; a one-stop solution provider handling all aspects of integration from simulation and layout design through to installation and ongoing site maintenance.
An experienced Site Maintenance Manager is required to be based onsite in Leicester. The successful applicant will possess excellent man management skills, including co-ordinating and leading a shift based team of maintenance engineers dealing with electro-mechanical faults and planned maintenance operations on automated materials handling equipment and also have hands on experience.
The applicant needs to possess:
• Previous managerial experience within the MHE automated environment
• Evidence of managing a shift based engineering team ideally with a record of a continual improvement program
• Working with a planned maintenance system as well as dealing with the reactive maintenance aspects of a busy distribution centre
• Experience in the application of Health and Safety regulations (IOSH, NEBOSH would be an advantage)
• Proven competency in budgetary control
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Access etc)
• Good customer skills and can deliver within time constraints
