You will be required to –
•Operate the main switchboard – Transferring calls, taking detailed messages for all members of staff.
•Greeting visitors that arrive on site, issuing visitors badges and offering drinks.

•Dealing with Customer queries as they arise over the phone, ensuring high levels of service are maintained at all times.

•Processing all incoming consumables orders – ensuring all pricing is correct and maintaining a strong working relationship with suppliers.

•Calling new potential customers for consumables.
•Creating letters to potential customers introducing your business services.
•Input all supplies orders onto monthly supplies tracker.
•Renewal/Purchase of new and existing machine Warranties
•Maintaining the Fleet mileage spreadsheet.
•Maintenance of customer information on the Act database
•Creation & production of management data & statistics on request.
•Assisting in the collection of quarterly meter readings, making calls to all customers who fail to submit meter readings.
•Submit any readings submitted via telephone or email on to the PP System.
•General Office support and admin duties on request.

Management of the yard and production planning functions.

Work within KPIs to consistently achieve and improve site performance.
Ensure excellent communication and a close working relationship with all internal customers.
Monitor and control budgetary spend within identified areas of responsibility.
Manage and resolve employee relations and performance issues at a local level.
Assist and facilitate the training of team members to develop a multi-skilled team in order to minimise the effect of labour shortages.
