Our Client part of a large Restaurant Chain is at an exciting time of their development and are due to be opening a new restaurant soon, located in the Wilmslow area.

As Chef de Partie of this large operation, the opportunities for career development are endless. Assisting a brigade of 10 Chefs in all aspects of the successful running of this busy kitchens on a day to day basis, all applicants need to be experienced at cooking to large volume within a similar quality establishment. Italian cooking skills highly desired but not essential.
You will have a good career history working to a high standard , should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, passionate. remain calm under pressure and have a passion for producing high quality cuisine. Qualified to 706 ½ or NVQ equivalent is desired but experience is deemed vital. .
Working 40/45 hours a week Monday to Sunday 5 out of 7 days on a rotating basis working both split & straight shifts.
Candidates must possess own mode of transport due to the location of this new Restuarant.
