This post is a temp - perm contract, and is a 40 hour week. The start/finish times are slightly flexible dependant on the candidates situation.

*Ensure that printed circuit boards and electro mechanical sub assemblies are unpacked and tested on time to meet manufacturing targets
*Test all products in accordance with company manufacturing plans.

*Perform all tests and and programming in accordance with procedures.
*Inspect product documentation to ensure that all operations are completed, prior to test.
*Setting up of machines and the assembly of surface mount Printed Circuit Board sub assemblies.
*Populate surface mount printed circuit boards.
*Set up the surface mount printer, including selection of solder-paste stencil and application of solder paste to ensure that printed circuit boards are correctly printed.
*Set up pick and place machines including selection programmes.
*Set up the convection re-flow oven.
*Inspect at any stage of production, including finished printed circuit board sub-assemblies.
