The role of the Service Delivery Manager is to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise profit. This role is managing Audio / Video (AV) conferencing services provided to end clients responsible for areas service management and service development including: ensuring SLA's are met, regular service reviews, composing service improvement plans, the management of third party suppliers and working alongside the sales team identifying new opportunities within accounts and developing service propositions.
Our client is a renowned provider of IT & Telecoms services, they seek applicants with a background in service delivery with some knowledge of audio and visual conferencing systems e.g. Polycom / Tandberg / Sony. This is NOT and hands-on role but does require a technical understanding of AV equipment. ITIL experience is beneficial.
This is a home based role mainly working on sites in the London area therefore travel should be expected and candidates will require a full UK drivers licence.
