An expereinced Chef de Partie is required for a luxury hotel urgently.
You MUST have experience of working previously as a Chef de Partie within a five star establishment, you should have a good knowledge of food hygiene and food preparation.
You would be working in all areas of the kitchen, from starters, mains and larder. You should be a responsible person who is able to work alone when needed and you must be able to manage your own section, keeping it clean and organised and fully stocked.
