Refinery Electrical Inspection Engineer
Experience in refining or similar process industry as Electrical Inspector.
Demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of the National Electrical Code / NFPA 70, I.EC ANSI, NEMA or equivalent standards.
Have a thorough knowledge of all types of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, packaged units and hazardous location identification for the oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
Have documented experience in the field of Cathodic Protection and be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of international codes and standards, NACE or equivalent and be able to inspect CP systems and its related components namely rectifiers, anode beds, cable installations and be able to interpret survey reports.
Inspectors shall demonstrate the ability to read
engineering drawings, trouble shoot problems and review design packages to meet all relevant engineering requirements.
Required Qualifications: B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering.
The incumbent shall: Hold National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) certification and any other related certification.
