Our client, a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join its expanding team. Ideal candidates will come from a debt recovery or collections background with experience of working to targets and deadlines, a strong and stable employment history is essential.
On a daily basis you will be dealing with on-going accounts, finding solutions for accounts in arrears and chasing up late payments face to face, possibly with some telephone correspondence.
You will be working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9- 5 pm, also 1 in 4 Saturday mornings , suitable candidates need to be flexible in the early evenings . In return our client offers an excellent package of £16k-£18k basic, with the potential to earn up to 100% of your basic with quarterly bonuses, basic salary depends on experience. Also 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance and share save scheme.
You must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle as you will be out on the field visiting on-going customers. As our client offers an excellent training package and career progression steps this would be an idea role for someone who wants to expand their knowledge of the industry and progress to management level.

Our client, a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join its expanding team. Ideal candidates will come from a financial background with experience of working to targets and deadlines. Previous experience is not essential but collections or debt recovery experience would be a great bonus and able you to negotiate your starting salary.
Part of your day to day duties will be:
Dealing with customer enquires
Dealing with ongoing accounts and building relationships between yourself and account holders
