Our client who is a UKAS accredited risk management and consultancy, is currently seeking to recruit an Asbestos Technician. The ideal candidate will be decisive, have a good technical knowledge of the industry and be able to work on own initiative.
The company carries out asbestos surveys, air monitoring and bulk sample testing at sites throughout the UK.
Successful applicants will be P401, P402 or P403 qualified, with at least 3 months Asbestos experience and a full UK driving license as the role will include travel to sites. The client is offering a very competitive salary package including a company vehicle, life assurance and pension option.

The successful candidate will be qualified at degree level in either Electrical Engineering, Computing or Process Control who is a confident and assertive individual, has the ability to work on own initiative and has a minimum of 2 years batch process control engineering experience.

The successful candidate will have extensive Engineering experience in the Oil, Gas and Control and Instrumentation design industries, with a significant knowledge of process control.
Qualified to HNC level as a minimum in Instrumentation / Electrical or Process Control, the successful applicant will be a confident and assertive individual with the ability to work on own initiative with a good knowledge current health and safety regulations including ISO 9001.
