The role will involve taking control of the in-house maintenance team who provide planned and preventative maintenance across the site. You will be responsible for delivering the estates maintenance for mechanical plant and building services on a far reaching and diverse estate. The role will involve identifying issues reported from planned maintenance or from breakdowns, devising relevant solutions, writing specifications for works and then overseeing the maintenance which is delivered either through the in-house team for minor works or via an approved list of Consultants and Contractors.
