Project Manager (HV) We are currently seeking a Project Manager for a contract position covering the Kent & Sussex Areas Job Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the successful execution and delivery of HV upgrade projects. Each site has a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering Team that reports to the Building manager and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility's infrastructure. The team includes Band 5, 6 and 7 artisans and assistants that deliver planned preventative and reactive maintenance. Detailed Description As a Band 5 Engineering Technician, the job holder will be a highly experienced and capable artisan responsible for undertaking routine, planned and reactive maintenance and repair of plant, equipment and building infrastructure relative to the specialism. They will be responsible to the Team Leader for the management of his/her own and subordinate staff workloads. The job holder will have responsibilities that include: *Supervision and leadership of nominated subordinate staff.
