Supervisor West Midlands Permanent £27,000 - £29,000 + Car Allowance A well respected national Social Housing refurbishment Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor on a permanent basis to manage the running of a refurbishment contract. The value of these projects will be between £50k - £1.5million. As Site Supervisor you will be overseeing Windows and Doors refurbishments to traditional properties. Suitable candidates will have previous social housing refurbishment experience and will have indate SMSTS or SSSTS and Asbestos tickets.
