Based in West Sussex, the main duties of the role are;
Manage, direct, organise and plan all works to be carried out with resources allocated, with particular regards to the level of service, quality and cost control.
Manage the team in meeting agreed completion dates and working within the requirements of current Health & Safety Legislation.
Taking ownership to motivate, lead and encourage team building on all levels
To liaise and communicate directly with the customer on a daily basis and ensure continuity and smooth running of all projects.
To work within the budgetary restrictions of each individual project
Attend individual project sites, to ensure Quality Control
To take on full financial responsibility for each project
Advise team on and ensure the most economical and effective installations are implemented in line with current standards and Regulations.
You will be Technically proficient in design and co-ordination of mechanical installations, and be able to support the estimating/bid team on new opportunities through programming, planning and operational delivery
You will be an experienced manager able to motivate, and co-ordinate direct reports on a daily basis, develop and regularly monitor direct reports performance and attendance, and undertake appraisals for direct reports and provide regular feedback.
You will programme labour in accordance with work load, effectively and efficiently, deliver toolbox talks, and respond to the client's enquiry/correspondence as quickly and efficiently as possible.
As Project Manager you will review quality of the completed project prior to client handover to reassure client of a professional / proactive service, and provide accurate estimates and programmes in relation to the clients requirements
You will identify and pursue possible opportunities to the business, manage projects throughout its process as to clients requirements, scope changes to completion, within original / agreed costs and within business profit margins
The ability to develop and promote good lines of communication with clients, sub contractors, suppliers and Inviron's operatives, liaise with and manage Sub Contractors professionally, adhere and enforce all Client operational protocols and procedures, and manage Health & Safety on site making sure the team adhere to current legislation, electrical and mechanical regulations and guidelines, and maintaining the Inviron QSHE file in accordance with Inviron procedures.
You will ideally have worked in Project Management within a transport sector, in HVAC Mechanical Services, and be used to Managing people, trade background,PC Literate and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent opportunity for an Electrical bias building services shift engineer to join a newly awarded contract.
Your client has just been awarded the maintenance contract for one of the largest investment banks in the world. The role has come about due to the expansion of the contract. You will be working as part of a four man shift that will be in charge of both the planned and reactive maintenance on the European head quarters in the heart of Canary wharf.
Within the building there are five large plant rooms plus a main plant room in the basement, this site will suit an engineer that has drive and ambition that wants to stay busy and progress in their career.
The candidate should be team focussed, presentable and capable of communicating at levels with both clients and colleagues, successful candidates must be able to work supervised and under their own steam coupled with having a genuine interest in HVAC and building services maintenance engineering.
