You will be an experienced manager able to motivate, and co-ordinate direct reports on a daily basis, develop and regularly monitor direct reports performance and attendance, and undertake appraisals for direct reports and provide regular feedback.
You will programme labour in accordance with work load, effectively and efficiently, deliver toolbox talks, and respond to the client's enquiry/correspondence as quickly and efficiently as possible.
As Project Manager you will review quality of the completed project prior to client handover to reassure client of a professional / proactive service, and provide accurate estimates and programmes in relation to the clients requirements
You will identify and pursue possible opportunities to the business, manage projects throughout its process as to clients requirements, scope changes to completion, within original / agreed costs and within business profit margins
The ability to develop and promote good lines of communication with clients, sub contractors, suppliers and Inviron's operatives, liaise with and manage Sub Contractors professionally, adhere and enforce all Client operational protocols and procedures, and manage Health & Safety on site making sure the team adhere to current legislation, electrical and mechanical regulations and guidelines, and maintaining the Inviron QSHE file in accordance with Inviron procedures.

You will ideally have worked in Project Management within a transport sector, in HVAC Mechanical Services, and be used to Managing people, trade background,PC Literate and excellent verbal and written communication skills
