Are you an established building services electrical engineer? Looking for a static site in a state of the art building? Days only role offering competitive salary and exceptional benefits? The role is with a progressive facilities contractor within a building housing a prestigious financial services client. In addition, the building is very easliy accessible on both national and tube lines and offers a working week of Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, with extensive overtime availability should you want it.
You should be qualified to City & Guilds level in an electrical discipline as well as 16th / 17th Edition accredited. A proven background in building services maintenance is essential.. Therefore the ability to undertake remedial works to Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, motors, pumps and most other HVAC equipment is essential. Knowledge of UPS systems and back up generators would be advantageous but not essential.
