Our Client is currently looking to recruit a Business Unit Coordinator with Knowledge of the Building Services & Maintenance Arena.
The candidate will need to offer support to our Clients managerial staff on site and provide administration support to the contract, maintaining concise records and details of transactions and correspondence.
Providing administrative support to the Business Unit Director: Day to day admin, including photocopying, typing and taking telephone messages. Responsible for updating and maintaining the central contract filing. Preparing and issuing predefined reports for both internal and external customers. Maintenance of Business Unit Directors Diary. Attending meetings to take notes or minutes and ensure follow up action undertaken. Organising meetings. Responding to frequent queries from staff and clients. Customer contact both internal and external. Assisting contract support team (holiday cover) Dealing with day to day enquiries and carrying out appropriate action in the absence of the BUD. Completion of holiday records for the BU management and support team. Developing systems and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the office. Undertake any other duties as requested by the Business Unit Director. Preparation and production of weekly and monthly reports. Organising the food, travel, and accommodation etc. Sorting and prioritising daily post for the BU and registering any tenders received. Answering the phone and ensuring messages are promptly dealt with.

We are seeking an Assistant Electrical/Mechanical biased engineer to work in a Private Hospital to carry out Planned, Preventative & Reactive Maintenance duties as required at their Static site based in Northampton.
Candidiates must come from a HVAC maintenance background (ideally hospitals), be electrically qualifed and must have good customer liaising skills.
