The successful candidate for this role must :
have previous experience in this position for another Company (not motor industry) for a minimum of 5 years
have some previous experience of organising marketing campaigns
live within 40 minutes drive of CT1
The ideal candidate will also have some experience of training staff.
Basic salary is negotiable up to £25,000 p.a. and dependent upon how ideal they are for the role. In addition, they will also receive a performance related bonus and a company pension.
Working times are Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
The successful candidate will be running our Group Call Centre from an office in Canterbury. They will be training, monitoring and managing a team of 7 operators.
The main functions of the Call Centre are to take customer bookings, follow up on customer satisfaction and contact customers with marketing offers

•• The role is field based with extensive travel - you can be based at either Raydon in Essex or Longbridge, Birmingham but you will be visiting fleet organisations throughout the UK.
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills.

Deal with general day to day admin duties
Requirements:
Must have a good understanding of motor vehicles
Excellent customer service
Must be a team player
The ability to relay service information in a clear and professional manner
The ability to maximise sales through knowledge and good technique
Must have warranty experience
Basic computer knowledge is required - to be able to use search tools, browsers, email,
