We are looking for a contracts manager to manage the preparation and installation of a variety of marine and interior projects up to £6m value.
Duties will involve planning to ensure efficient use of resources, initiate purchasing, agree project with client and provide full specification, site management, producing reports, manage sub-contractors and oversee the project from start to finish.
Applicants must have experience in a contract management role and be able to demonstrate experience of successfully managing projects in excess of £500,000.
