You will be responsible for taking Inbound calls from customers who require further information on a cottage holiday or who would like to go ahead and book a property. You will be expected to complete a thorough fact find from the customer to find out their exact requirements so that you can match cottages accordingly and thus ensuring an exceptional level of service is offered at all times. This role is not targeted on sales but on the quality of your calls. The working environment consists of a highly motivated hard working team who excel at what they do. To succeed in this role you will ideally have previously worked in a role that has consisted of some sales involvement, although again it must be stressed that this is not a sales targeted position.

The office is open from 9am to 10pm Monday to Sunday. Flexible hours can be offered depending on an individual’s circumstance. However you must be prepared to work some weekends and evenings. This can be discussed on application. Our client can accommodate both part time and full time hours so please advise what hours are most suitable for you.

Specific Tasks

Answer client telephone queries; these queries vary in urgency and complexity
Liaise with the Customer Relation Team to provide a satisfactory response to any complaint
Provide support to the Customer Relations Team when required
Capture dates and times at which contact has been attempted or achieved
Organise calls to incorporate clients requested call back times
Undertake training as required
Take part in team meetings to share learning and improve processes
Perform other tasks as required by management
Deliver on your promises.

Hours of work are 4:30pm to 8pm Monday to Friday and you will also be expected to work the occasional Saturday to cover overtime 10am to 2pm. The hourly rate is £7.44 and this is a temp to perm position.
