An opportunity has arisen for a Concession Manager within a leading ladies fashion store in Chester. Responsibilities will include: Managing a motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits Analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning Managing staff cover, planning and operating Using Information Technology to record sales figures and for data analysis and forward planning; dealing with staffing issues; interviewing, conducting appraisals and performance Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met. Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues Responding to customer complaints and comments Promoting the organisation and having a key understanding of the branch and its culture Organising special promotions, displays and events Attending and chairing meetings Updating colleagues, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues Maintaining regular contact with colleagues, talking to colleagues and customer and identifying and resolving urgent issues. Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what local competitors are doing. Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market. Dealing with customers and sales, as this is a hands on role.

Given our clients success in the energy market, they are now recruiting for more Energy Advisors to join their growing team in the Yorkshire area. If you live in Sheffield, Wakefield, Doncaster, Central York or East of Leeds then we want to hear from you.
You will be working door to door and promote the companies products to customers in a friendly and informed manner.
Previous experience working in Residential Energy Sales is essential, you will be given full training on our services, products and sales techniques. The most important thing you will need is enthusiasm and a desire to earn great money. We'll help with the rest!
GONE ARE THE DAYS OF SELLING DIRECTLY ON THE DOOR!!! As an Energy Advisor you will not be taking peoples bank details or asking them to sign contracts on the doorstep anymore. You will be advising the candidate on their energy consumption and filling in an energy survey. Your working week will be up to you to decide when you work however you will work between 30-35 hours no more and no less. Many of the reps work 10 am 4 pm others work 12 pm 7 pm.
The role is an employed role with a very healthy basic salary, the role is ideal for somebody who has various commitments and wants to determine there working week around these.
