| Description |
In a constantly evolving and uncertain world, professional recruitment simply had to change. That’s fine by us, as evolution is our thing. Our passion for people is the driving force behind our success story, and our actions are judged by those we work with.
For us there is no differentiation between client and candidate – we firmly believe that today’s candidates are tomorrow’s clients. Our measure of success is repeat business.
We specialise in Permanent Recruitment within the areas of Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting and Work Based Learning & Training.
Looking for a different career opportunity?
We’ll do all we can to help, but our time is valuable to us. So if you’re just killing time, making ‘blanket’ applications at the end of a bad week, we’re probably not for you. We take recruitment and the delicate process of identifying the right opportunity for those we work with seriously. We wish to work with you. We don’t promise what we can’t deliver.
Here’s a glimpse of the standard of help we offer all our career professionals, whilst working with you towards achieving a mutually successful outcome:
* We will not submit your details to prospective employers without your prior agreement, having discussed with you all known details of opportunities we are seeking to develop for you.
* We pledge to be totally open and honest with you, accurately manage your expectations & deliver all post-interview feedback in a constructive and open manner.
* Communicate with you on a regular basis to remain up-to-date with your holistic job-search status.
* Provide you with a minimum of 48hrs notice for the interview opportunities we create for you.
Looking to hire specialist permanent staff?
Exceptional talent is in even shorter supply than ever in our specialist sectors. Yes, there are more job-seekers out there... however, many who have been the victim of circumstantial cost reduction have been under-performers. This makes the process of trawling through potential candidates much more labour intensive. Our ability to utilise a wide spectrum of resources; networks, referrals and the usual advertising media; means we are able to react to requirements quickly and focus on delivering a successful outcome.
Here’s a glimpse of the standard of help we offer all our clients:
* Realistic and highly competitive fees, with significant reductions to those who share Investors In People organisational values.
* Straight-talking, no spin, 'down to earth' permanent recruitment experts who manage expectations & deliver on their promises.
* An exceptional replacement guarantee, albeit we probably don’t need to – considering it’s only been called into play 3 times since the business was founded.
* Clear and simple terms, and we honour our pledges amongst which diversity is of the highest importance.
* The comfort of full REC membership for all staff. All Market Sector Specialists undertake full accreditation within their first 12 months with us.
* Prompt and accurate feedback, and the assurance that all candidates put forward have been comprehensively appraised of each opportunity.
* Complimentary advice & updates on interviewing techniques, market rates and much, much more.
* No ‘cut & paste’ adverts - we take the time to understand your requirements and recruit closely to them. Bonus being - you pay nothing for the advertising! Simply let us know the ‘non-negotiables’, and we’ll source only those that meet them. The rest as they say is down to ‘chemistry’.
