Client Servicing Co-ordinator Staines/Chertsey area £28000 - £32,000 + excellent benefits package
A Client Servicing Co-ordinator is required for this global organisation, working within a bespoke small team to increase client loyalty and the overall client experience through the monitoring of surveys and feedback from corporate clients and the management of corporate events and client service initiatives, including working with NPS (Net Promoter System).
This is an autonomous role, one which requires confidence, independence, ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, organise corporate days out and events for clients, be commercially aware, have strong corporate customer focused skills having worked previously in a professional service environment.
The Client Servicing Co-ordinator's role is split between corporate event organising and monitoring and analysing and responding to client feedback.
The Client Servicing Co-ordinator will also be responsible for the Feedback and Survey Process and NPS initiatives, analysing clients surveys and feedback forms from service centre, creating reports and analysing trends for management, ensuring that team members are fully engaged in survey process, allocating call backs, follow up on complaints, issues and following up progress. The Corporate Event and Client Relationship Co-ordinator will be responsible for lost business reporting, following up with clients and allocation of these action points and also actioning follow up through various NPS initiatives.
The Client Servicing Co-ordinator will be organising key client events and client focus groups. This will involve working within a set budget, sourcing venues, organising appropriate speakers/presenters, inviting clients, booking in delegates, sending confirmation, preparing agendas, organising equipment and catering, preparing presentations for management, and monitoring feedback surveys and analysing these into reports for management.
The Client Servicing Co-ordinator should have operational experience within a service related field, strong commitment to customer service and excellence, able to influence and negotiate pricing, work within budgets, communicate effectively, strong excel, analytical experience, able to build relationships with internal staff, Line Managers and external clients, have worked in corporate event management, experience in NPS (Net Promoter System) is preferred.
