My client is a major UK company who employes over 72000 people. They arre the UK’s largest mortgage and savings provider and the number one provider of investment products.
They are currently looking for telephone based consultants to join it’s busy team. You will be the first point of contact for all mortgage related queries, taking incoming calls from customers.
Financial Services background is essential along with the ability to communicate in a friendly and helpful manner. You must be enthusiastic, accurate and confident on the phone. Previous call centre experience is preferable.
In return you will receive a basic salary of £12500 up to £17000 plus attractive bonus backage. There will also be a potential 5% increase after 4 months depending on performance.

You will conduct trend analysis, design, build, and roll out a new accurate and timely short & medium term forecasting process to the Corporate Pensions unit. You will gather and manipulate data, interpreting the results, and take actions accordingly. Operating as part of a project team to achieve specific goal.
