Description
|
Liaising with sales, event and marketing managers on the compilation of sponsorship documents and sponsorship benefits for each event at the beginning of a campaign.
Issuing contracts and invoices for confirmed.
Maintaining client files and spreadsheets for each event.
Dealing with sponsors on the telephone and by mail.
Ensuring all benefits of sponsorship are fulfilled.
Monitoring deadlines and requirements of sponsorship. Proofreading of marketing material to ensure sponsors are included where necessary and ensuring the event website is up to date.
Attendance at some events to liaise with sponsors on site Communicating all additions of sponsorships to those who need to be informed.
Development of new and efficient ways of working to ensure the contractual obligations are met in a timely manner, creating a comfortable and seamless experience.
