An excellent opportunity has arisen for a capable and driven Product / Marketing Manager to lead Product Development and Marketing Strategy of Premium Branded and Own-Label products.
The successful Product Marketing Manager will not only be the Company’s internal product expert but will be the most prominent external representative of the complete product range. Taking a cradle-to-grave approach to Product Management, this is a highly Hands-on role where you will be seeking continuous improvement and identifying key gaps in the market and developing accordingly. Reporting to the MD, you will be executing detailed plans independently.
Responsibilities will include;

Essential skills and Experience;
• Project Management.
• Relevant recent experience as a Product Marketing Manager preferably from a Manufacturing Background.
• Successful New Business Development / Marketing (FMCG is preferred but other industry sectors will be considered).
• Keen appreciation of Key Business and Financial Metrics
• Degree in Economics or Marketing (or similar) or relevant experience within a Commercial Marketing Management position.
Ideally you will be from a Manufacturing background and demonstrate proven understanding of the timescales and processes involved with New Product Creation/Implementation (from conceptualisation, to samples, to mass production).

ACCOUNT ABILITIES
