· Experience of successfully managing production within a manufacturing environment and have working knowledge of improving productivity. · Experience of material control including stores control, production planning and assembly processes. · Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies including APQP, 8D and Six Sigma would be advantageous. · An understanding of process control methods and implementation in the workplace.
