THE ROLE
A key role, offering a great deal of variety, the Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for providing a full administrative support function.
Offering a professional and efficient service, your duties will include:
Supporting all office and recruitment processes and procedures.
Co-ordinating candidate applications, enquiries and feedback.
Liaising with candidates and clients directly, arranging internal and external interviews.
Co-ordinating and documenting Candidate Registrations.
Formatting CVs, Person Specifications and Role Profiles.
Cleansing, maintaining and updating our in-house recruitment database.
Updating and maintaining internal and external communication methods, including job board postings.
Co-ordinating and supporting marketing campaigns.
THE INDIVIDUAL
As the first point of contact within the office, the successful applicant will be a confident, competent and experienced administrator, ideally within recruitment or human resources.
Whilst full training will be available, you must be able to multi-task and prioritise your own workload. The ideal candidate will enjoy the variety and challenges offered within this role and take an active part in establishing, updating and improving systems where possible.

The Client:
Our Client is an Engineering Information Management Company.
The Opportunity:
Due to a major capital LNG project with three main engineering procurement contractors (EPCs), two of which have teams in different offices in Perth alongside the owner/operator client, there is a requirement to manage the spares gathering and review of all commissioning, capital and operating spares.
Reporting to the Project Manager and operating within the projects team, this role involves gaining a detailed understanding of the spares process and the people involved. Once understood, the Spares Processors will be responsible for facilitating the flow of information from EPCs and their suppliers and working with the client to support the spares process through to purchase of approved spares.
This role is associated with spares information and does not relate to the handling of the spares themselves. It is mainly office based and will make extensive use of I.T. for communications. Responsibilities will involve developing and defining the spares strategy; making spares recommendations and marking up spare parts drawings.
Additional responsibilities and key challenges will include the following:
Ensuring an understanding of engineering spares, associated spares information, the review process and associated documentation.
Ensuring an understanding of the preferred method of spares information gathering and that review is via the ICT (Information Collection Tool) and in-house systems/tools.
To co-ordinate between the EPCs, the client in Perth and our offices in the UK, expediting the requisite information from information providers and managing any internal feedback and feedback from the client on deficiencies and anomalies within the information provided.
Liaise with the EPCs to assure alignment with the required spares methodologies, processes and planning schedules.
Provide effective feedback to the Project Manager on all relevant spares information issues.
Understanding the details of Purchase Orders and sparing requirements.
Building a good working relationship with all those working in the spares arena on the project.
Obtaining OEM information from manufacturers.
Maintaining priorities and information delivery timescales.
Working effectively and efficiently within a newly formed team.
The Individual:
Applications are only invited from Candidates who are able to demonstrate knowledge of instrumentation engineering spares, ideally having previous experience of a similar role.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of working within a maintenance environment and have knowledge of spare part requirements and strategies.
It is essential that you have good communication skills, an excellent work ethic and be self-motivated, as the role involves working with others and providing timely and accurate information, service and support.
Good office I.T. skills and the ability to effectively communicate via e-mail and telephone is a requirement.
