Nature and Scope

Most of the work carried out by the Data Team requires constant interaction with the various teams within the branch. Critical to the success of the team is an in-depth understanding of the available data. The Senior CRM Data Analyst will need to develop such an understanding in order that they are able to work independently on identifying, extracting and preparing relevant data and information.

A high level of accuracy is required and therefore the successful applicant should possess excellent attention to detail whilst at the same time be able to work effectively to meet deadlines. Additionally it is important that the Senior CRM Analyst is an excellent team player responsible for ensuring the quality of the work of other analysts. There will be an expectation to participate in Quality Assurance of team data outputs, assisting other team members and also acting as a mentor to the CRM Data Analyst in keeping with the more senior position.

Requirements

Degree qualified in relevant discipline.
