International exhibition and publishing company seek an experienced B2B Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for the design, development and management of the marketing and PR strategy and tactical campaigns across a portfolio of major international trade exhibitions and conferences in line with market dynamics and pre-determined business objectives. This role has 2 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
•To plan and execute visitor, delegate and exhibitor marketing campaigns on time, to budget as agreed in consultation with the Event Director, Conference Sales and Managers
•Produce time and action plans for all campaigns, regularly review, forecast, monitor spend and report effectiveness of these plans
•Manage a PR Officer / Agency to fulfil an international PR plan
•Manage and maintain all product websites
•Produce effective advertising, marketing and sales collateral for all products – copywriting, design, production
•Database development and list sourcing
•Develop, negotiate and fulfil contra agreements with media partners, associations and supporters
•Conduct or commission relevant market research for each product when required, measure customer satisfaction and identify event development opportunities.
•Assist the Event Management team to identify product development, sponsorship and branding opportunities that deliver new customers and visitor groups
•Manage, motivate and develop the Marketing Team. Ensure that each member of the team continues to understand the latest marketing trends and constantly looks to make communications more efficient by testing new ideas
•Work closely with the Marketing Teams in Calgary and Abu Dhabi to pro-actively develop cross-promotional opportunities
We are looking for an accomplished marketing professional with a real ‘can do' attitude and with demonstrable experience at management level in events, B2B media or the Energy. |

You will be working closely with the Brand Director, developing and conceptualising award winning fashion spaces. A very strong appreciation of the luxury market is essential, and a natural flare for luxurious and functional spaces.
This role involves managing design teams, a production team and a building property team.

Your background could be an interiors/VM specialist for a luxury retailer or specialist interiors agency CD. You certainly would have created spaces for the worlds most recognised fashion brands.
