RSS Retail Ltd was established in 2004 and commenced operations from the now, Head Office in Windsor. Further offices were opened to compliment our client’s needs. Our sole objective is to supply a highly professional recruitment service tailored to individual client requirements.

We service clients in the all over the UK, including Northern Ireland, and offer all clients a Preferred Supplier Agreement which guarantees a preferential service over non-preferred clients.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND COMMITMENT

• Recruiting is conducted by your dedicated account handlers or an appointed consultant
• Provide candidates that meet the client specification
• Inform candidates of the position prior to submitting their CV
• To brief candidates in respect of the position
• Guarantee a fast and efficient response to all the requirements
• CV’s will be e-mailed or faxed prior to the interview
• Advise our Clients of developments during the source and selection process
• Offer free confidential advertising to support our selection process
• All candidates undergo a thorough interview process and when possible in out private interview suites
• Account handlers conduct quarterly client visits to monitor service levels and further as hoc meetings can be arranged in response to client needs
• The preferred supplier agreement can act as a deterrent to nuisance agencies

RECRUITMENT PROCESS GOING FORWARD

• For Retail Search & Selection to gain a strong understanding of the client. What are your current/future business strategies/objectives?
• Seeking a commitment from the client to instruct Retail Search & Selection at the beginning of the recruitment process to give greater scope for success
• For Retail Search & Selection to gain a clear picture of reporting lines – Organisation Charts
• Conduct face to face meetings with the recruiting managers when we can any instructions – this is particularly relevant if Line Managers have never used Retail Search & Selection
• To increase communication between Retail Search & Selection and Line Managers with regards to feedback both positive and negative on all CV’s submitted and interviews taken
• Finalise a contractual agreement between the client and Retail Search & Selection and for this to be filtered to all relevant recruiting managers
• To be fully utilised as a supplier covering all levels of retail recruitment
• Implement quarterly service calls and reviews to monitor the recruitment process
