My client has been operating for 15 years in the UK and now has Operations in Europe , the operation is a critical part of a Major Multiple.The key role of the Department is to manage and communicate with our Suppliers and Hauliers to successfully deliver stock into our Distribution Centres across the UK and Europe. The role will include training across many different parts of the Primary Operation and will include an ongoing multi-skilling plan . I will communicate all activities relating to moving and managing stock. I will run daily/weekly/periodic reports and KPI's for the business, ensuring the information held within them is correct. I must ensure that processes are followed to reduce costs while maintaining customer service levels for the depots. To respond rapidly to store ordering on failed orders, communicate with suppliers, carriers and depots to resolve issues and get stock back into the business to protect customer service levels. I must continually respond to changes in trading conditions and the department's requirements in accordance with the priorities set by my line manager. To provide customer service for our hauliers , suppliers, stock management and DC's . I must be able to be flexible and to work across many different parts of the operation .I therefore need to be comfortable with internet based systems, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Exec, Mainframe (LM/Denver) and Access databases. * Analytical thought process * Planning experience * Good IT skills * General warehouse knowledge. * Ability to communicate with Senior management Applicants must be eligible to work within the EU.

Role: -To assist the engineering department and other site stake holders with all aspects of order placement, progression of payments and budget control. -Manage the department's stock and stores systems. -Administrate the sites Computerised Planned Preventative Maintenance System (Shire) including the accurate supply of reports, weekly maintenance tasks printout and setting up new assets. -All SAP business management order processing systems and time & attendance work. -Contribute to the efficient running of the engineering department by completing various different types of general administration duties. -Place capital and revenue orders in line with delivery schedules to assist implementation. -Ensure good SAP business management system and IESA system support with good control of all order processes, payment and invoice processing streams. -Ensure accurate budget reports and KPI information is available to engineering stake holders. -Complete expedition of all purchase orders, accurately goods receipting of stock product & non-stock orders, initiate & conclude customer returns, progress all payment and invoice processes, perform stock checking & liaise with procurement team at Warrington to identify cost saving measures. -Process all engineering parts order enquiries whilst identifying cheaper options to help with budget control. -Administrator the departments 'Shire' PPM system, set-up new assets when required, updating completed tasks data, print-out of new tasks on a weekly basis, supply reports to the managers and update KPI's. -To work as part of the engineering team completing various different general administration and support duties as required including training for all the department business management and maintenance systems. Requirements: Good understanding of Microsoft Office Package Software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Access) Both internal and External Customer Awareness with a continuous improvement focus. Good team-working skills, being able to work and converse easily with engineers and management alike.
