Job Description:
CDM co-ordinator/Health and Safety Advisor working in the Regions South division.
Requirements:
Be RMAPS accredited, and hold a relevant qualification (NEBOSH Construction Certificate)
At least 3 years experience working as a CDM-C on a wide range of construction projects
Hold an appropriate Health and Safety qualification (minimum NEBOSH General Certificate)
Minimum of 3 years experience in health and safety, to include experience with asbestos, fire, construction and legionella
Be a Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and be working towards chartered status
Have at least 3 years experience in creating and delivering health and safety related training courses

Job Purpose and Scope:
The Senior Cost Planning Manager shall be responsible for Front-End Cost Planning, engaging personally and directly with both internal and external clients, related disciplines and teams from project initiation, responsible and answerable for all fiscal and cost planning aspects of the projects.
