Our cient are a market leader,with their Head Office based in Bicester are looking for a Payroll/Benfits administrator to look after the payroll of approx 200 staff. Working in a team of 10 you key Responsibilities, will include:
Assisting with the data entry of payroll each month. This is for 2 UK and 2 Irish payrolls.
Assisting with the validation process and distribution of payslips.
Arranging manual salary transfers following processing of UK plc payroll.
Pension reconciliations and transfers for UK and Irish employee pension/ PRSA plans.
Updating of benefits information and advising all benefits providers when employees join, leave etc.
Arranging meetings and calls at 3 month point for UK and Irish new joiners ( in relation to joining pension / PRSA plans)
Assistance with the End of Year and P11D processing, This would include thorough checking of data , liaison with HMRC in the case of any ambiguity, reporting of data and assistance with preparation and distribution of letters accompanying P60s and P11ds to all employees.
Filing
Tracking new joiners to PPP scheme, ensuring packs are received, distribution of AXA PPP renewal packs, membership packs.
Other ad hoc duties e.g calls, gathering of information , chasing up outstanding medical claims etc
The successful candidate will need some payroll experience (responsible for 130 employees, although the actual payroll processing is outsourced.
Good communication skills a must!

We are seeking a suitably qualified scientist to support the Informatics Computing capability at our UK Research Center in Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will be building and maintaining dynamic, web-based applications and supporting and managing a number of drug discovery systems and software.
