We are urgently recruiting for an experienced HGV Mechanic for our client, a large vehicle repair and maintenance company.
You will be working in a workshop, with a friendly and well-established team, looking after a large fleet of vehicles ranging from light commercial vehicles and cars through to Class 2 HGVs. Your day-to-day duties will include: servicing, repair, fault-finding and diagnostics.
Hours of work are 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. This is a temporary position, with an expected duration of 3-4 months.

It is essential that you hold one of the following qualifications or equivalent: City and Guilds level 2 or above or NVQ level 3 in the service and repair of motor vehicles.
You must have strong commercial experience working with HGVs and a wide range of makes and models of vans and cars, and ideally an HGV Class 2 licence.
