Well established, corporate recruitment business based in the City, London is looking for several Recruitment Consultants to join its busy Banking Operations team on the Permanent and Temporary side. These are incredibly hot desk opportunities so you will inherit a certain number of perm or temp clients from the outset and be handed a couple of volume accounts from day one. Ideally you will have experience working in Operations within Banking, or have some previous Asset Management experience.

You should have an excellent proven track record of billings as a Recruitment Consultant from a similar Recruitment business, and have a real interest in Financial Services.

Depending on your previous experience, and what level you are currently operating at, for the right candidate you could potentially become a Managing Consultant for the Banking and Financial Services Division.

Risk Consultant (1-10 years experience - could look at Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Leader or Manager; salary range £25-45k)

My client will consider anyone with previous Risk experience: 1-3 years ideally at Consultant level, or 3+ years working at Senior Consultant level. In addition they will consider someone who wants to Manage the Risk team.

The role is a very busy desk with a high proportion of PSLs, and again requiring strong account management & relationship developing skills. This desk is a hybrid of perm, contract & temporary roles and so has huge billing potential. My client would expect this desk to produce c£250 - 300k in 2010.
