Management of recruitment team, operations manager and Finance Manager with regards to pay and recruitment budget.
Management of the recruitment budget.
Line manage International Recruitment Manager
Liaise with Professional Development Coordinator to support supply staff.
Review of individual Consultant targets and action plans on a half termly basis.
Review of team’s targets and action plan.
Produce weekly figures and half termly reports based on above.
Training and support of new and existing Consultants. Manage and drive sales for both individual and team.
Responsible for the regular and continued supply of suitable candidates in the Education Field.
Database and cold call search.
Responsible for developing relationships with candidates and clients.
Responsible for networking - Name and leads.
Responsible for maintenance of relevant information on database.
Attend conferences and events as required.
Use after hours phone when necessary for out of hours shift filling.
Daily
Making screening calls within 24 hours of CV receipt.
Interviewing of potential candidates.
Following up all calls
Making follow up calls after CV sent
Calling for vacancies
Maintenance of accurate short CVs post interview.
Develop leads for Client team, eg “Back Fill” opportunities, input into speculative mailings.
Review of weekly CVs.
Review of Team’s performance
Manage daily team targets
Inclusion in staff rota of 4 to 5 with company mobile to receive calls from 6pm -9pm and 1 weekend
You need to continually be aware that the job requires Team players NOT mavericks with a Can do attitude, Proactive, Sales & search skills or disposition, Motivation tools, Successful achievements (Team targets, Profit generated, increase business etc., Articulate
Good organisation and time management skills
