Commission is paid monthly and quarterly on this target.
Achieve appointments made target using both hot and cold leads in a 3 hour new business session weekly, also via incoming calls or project calls. These appointments are required for the external Specification Managers to attend daily with the view to securing new projects, specifying our products, maintaining existing projects on site and development of customer database

Job Summary Support role to ensure meeting of customer deliveries, effective use of manufacturing facility and MRP system. Helping to develop and maintain the production systems throughout the factory.
Deputise for the Production Controller and work with them to achieve all of the following:
*Schedule and load sales orders into the manufacturing plan
*Maintain the manufacturing plan by either confirming sales order delivery dates and amending when necessary or generating a forecast demand
*Be constructive in developing tools to carry out these functions with the aim of: *Full capacity utilisation *On time delivery *Financial performance
*Liase with the Manufacturing Manager/Supervisors to achieve full capacity utilisation, on time delivery and the manufacture of a cost effective quality product
*Interrogate and monitor manufacturing status oExpedite manufacturing cells to maintain conformance to plan oExpedite Purchasing to resolve part shortages oExpedite Technical on Information shortages oEffect/facilitate a recovery solution when the need arises
*Monitor and maintain standard and actual hours worked for manufactured product on the MRP system.
*Graduate calibre with extensive IT skills (MRP/EXCEL).
*Work with IS and Managers/Supervisors to maintain and report Manufacturing performance statistics which should include efficiencies, output and on-time delivery
*Ensure that all relevant ISO9001 quality procedures are maintained and adhered to.

Our client based in Kent is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Inspector
Calibration and updating our internal calibration system. Inspect mechanical parts from the machine shop, such as shafts and machine castings. Help with the Goods Inward Inspection. Inspection and sign off. Daily audits - process. ISO 9001 : 2008 internal audits
Experience Computer literate - Microsoft Excel and Word to a basic level Knowledge of calibration for mechanical instruments such as verniers, micrometers, gap gauges, plug gauges etc Understanding of Goods Inward Inspection.

CNC TURNER SETTER/OPERATOR
We are looking for a methodical and well-organised person, who can demonstrate excellent quality of work and attention to detail when setting and operating a Fanuc/Heidenhain controlled CNC machine as part of our busy production team.
Primary Function: Is to manufacture components to the correct drawing specification. Then re-set the machine as required and continue with the next priority. You will be responsible for:
* Programming, Setting and machining small to medium size batches to correct specification. * Checking and monitoring your machined components stay to specification. * Assisting with prototype to production work to establish methods. * De-burring work and passing on to the next stage of production.. This role is initially a 3xmonth contract which may have an opportunity at the end of the period dependant on work load
