Clinical Safety

Support the Clinical Safety Officer in execution of the Clinical Safety responsibilities: Contribute to review and execution of the clinical safety risk management process. Participate in the clinical safety group; deputising for the CSO as necessary. As directed, organise and conduct risk assessment sessions for individual products. Complete clinical safety documentation for certification of products. Establish and maintain good working relationships with users, both clinical and non-clinical, in completing clinical safety risk assessment. The role will require you to ensure all complaints are handled in accordance with company standards, TCF and FSA regulations.

Duties will include:
- Handle complaints from policy holders in a timely manner and adherence to all processes
- Regularly review cases and progress
- Prioritisation of workload
- Liaison with FOS
- Accurate data entry to complaints database ensuring accurate MI

Skills and experience required:
- Knowledge and understanding of rules relating to handling policyholders complaints and general insurance matters
- Previous background of handling complaint cases within financial services industry
- Ability to remain calm and objective to handle difficult cases
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills
- A very high standard of written and verbal communication skills
