You must have the following: * A full and clean driving licence * Sales Experience, and a target focused personality * Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills * Ability to effectively and efficiently use Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Ideally you have the following: * Lettings or Estate Agency Experience * Knowledge of the industry and it's competitors
The Role: * Supporting the Lettings Manager in the day-to-day operation and profitability of the branch * Meeting and exceeding targets set by yourself and Lettings Manager * Ensure you comply at all times with all legislative requirements and company directives, policies and procedures * Carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner when required
